It’s Saturday night and my day is winding down. Busy day actually. Reorganized my sunroom from my winter projects to make room for spring and summer. I’ll be starting my tomato plants next week so they will be ready for the vegetable garden which I plant the day after Mother’s Day. The sunroom works perfectly for this. I start with a seed starter kit which has worked for me in the past, so we will see.

Next on the list was making mac and cheese for myself and my sister. I add chopped green chili, bacon bits, chicken, and a little wine to the cheese sauce. After mixing all the ingredients with the macaroni, I pour it into a casserole dish, top with seasoned Italian breadcrumbs and sprinkle with grated cheese. This bakes at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yummy!

Nap time!

Then, I started my new blog. I hope you will join me for some gardening, crafts, cooking, nature, humor, inspiration, motivation, and good times here at Cottonwood Court.
